Directed by Swedish director Malik Benjelloul, this film chronicles his life and quest. After the success, Rodriguez’s album entered the US charts for the first time.

“It was a great odyssey. You know, I’ve always considered myself a musician for years. But reality has set in,” Rodriguez said in a 2008 interview with the Detroit News.
