Wizkid Sets Another Record As He Becomes First African Artiste To Achieve This

The amazing musician Starboy Wizkid has continued to break countless records in the African entertainment business, and his most recent success in the US is just one more record he has broken.

After receiving his first platinum certification with Drake’s “One Dance” and his second with the massive hit record “Essence,” which features Tems, the singer’s song “Come Closer,” which featured Canadian rapper Drake, became Wizkid’s second song to receive a platinum certification and the singer’s third in his career.

The fact that Wizkid has already received three platinum certifications from the RIAA in the US makes this incredible because he is the first and only African musician to do so.
